[spoiler title=”How Do I Reserve A Cabin?” open=”0″ style=”2″]Booking Instructions for Pre-booked Guests
If you pre-booked your reservation and made a deposit, you will receive an email with your booking token, earliest booking time, and information on how to go about selecting your cabin and locking in your reservation. Only guests who pre-booked their Motörhead’s Motörboat 2015 reservation will receive this email.
Once you have logged in to ASK4 Reservations for Motörhead’s Motörboat, enter your ASK4 User Name and Password, and select your cabin. Your ASK4 Reservations Account contains your personal information and Motörhead’s Motörboat trip history. Your pre-book deposit will appear in your account when you go to book your cabin and will be automatically applied towards your total cabin cost.

Fill Your Cabin
By virtue of pre-booking, you are considered the “Lead Guest” for your reservation. It is your responsibility to complete the booking process for everyone in your cabin.
If your Motörhead’s Motörboat 2015 cabin mates have shared a cabin with you on a prior cruise, you will be able to select their name from list of your prior cabinmates during the booking process. If your MB15 cabin mates have NOT shared a cabin with you on a previous cruise, you will be able to pull up their account information using their ASK4 Reservations profile email address (provided it’s the one we have on file). If they are new to Motor, you will need for them to create a new ASK4 Reservations Account before adding them to your cabin. After registering, they will receive an email with their new Motörhead’s Motörboat ID for future login purposes.
If you are pre-booked, then you have already paid a portion of your deposit to book your cabin. You will have the opportunity to divide the payments between everyone in your cabin once each passenger has a ASK4 Reservations Account. If you are paying with multiple credit cards, you will need all of the credit card numbers (with expiration date and card verification number), as well as the name and billing addresses for each card.
Non-Lead Guests: Please be advised that ONLY the lead passenger can add, remove and change guests. We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment.
Booking instructions for general reservations
Access the Reservations System For Motörhead’s Motörboat
CLICK HERE to access the ASK4 Entertainment Reservations system for Motörhead’s Motörboat. If you have an ASK4 Reservations Account you will be prompted to enter your User Name and Password during the booking process – if you do not have an ASK4 Reservations Account, please follow the instructions to register for a new account.
Your ASK4 Reservations Account Information
Your ASK4 Reservations User Name is your unique login that accesses your personal account information and Motörhead’s Motörboat trip history. If you have pre-booked Motörhead’s Motörboat 2015, then you already have a ASK4 User Name which can be retrieved from within the reservations system. If you’re a first time guest, you will be able to register for your ASK4 Reservations Account at the time of booking. After you have booked your cabin, your ASK4 User Name and Password will allow you to access your Motörhead’s Motörboat reservation to make future payments and edit your personal information.
Select Your Cabin
When you enter the booking system, you will have access to all available cabin inventory. Please keep in mind that the cabin inventory may be limited, so it’s best to have a few back up options of cabin types just in case your first preference is not available.
Fill Your Cabin
As the person creating a reservation, you are considered to be the “lead guest.” It is your responsibility to complete the booking process for everyone in your cabin.
If your cabin mates have been on Motörhead’s Motörboat before, you will be able to pull up their accounts using their email address (provided it’s the one we have on file). If they are new to Motörhead’s Motörboat, you will need for them to create a new ASK4 Reservations Account before adding them to your cabin. After registering, they will receive an email with their new ASK4 User Name for future log in.
You will also have the opportunity to divide the payments for your Motörhead’s Motörboat cabin between everyone in your cabin once each passenger has an ASK4 Reservations Account.
Non-Lead passengers please be advised that ONLY the lead passenger can add, remove and change guests. We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment.

[spoiler title=”What Information Will I Need In Order To Reserve My Stateroom?” open=”0″ style=”2″]
In order to reserve your stateroom onboard Motörhead’s Motörboat, you will need an Motörhead’s Motörboat Reservations User Name. If you have sailed onboard Motörhead’s Motörboat previously you already have an User Name, which can be retrieved by clicking here, or by contacting a reservations specialist at 877-GET-WHET (438-9438) or reservations@whettravel.com. If you are a first time guest, you will be able to register your User Name at the time of booking, or you can create your Motörhead’s Motörboat Reservations Account at any time by clicking here.
Before you proceed to booking, make sure you have the following information for all persons traveling:
Full Legal Name (no nicknames)
Date of Birth
Address
Citizenship
Phone Number
Email Address
Any special dietary or physical needs
Multiple Credit Card Payments: If will be paying for your stateroom with multiple credit cards, you will need to have all of the credit card numbers (with expiration date and the card’s verification code/number) as well as the billing name and billing addresses for each card.

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We will also accept payment by payment by check, only when prior arrangements have been made and when submitted by mail or overnight courier.

There are three payment plans available for Motörhead’s Motörboat guests. The date you make your reservation will ultimately determine your total deposit due at the time of booking and the subsequent payment dates.
Pay In Full
You may pay in full at the time of booking. No additional payments will be needed, unless you later modify your reservation by upgrading/changing your stateroom or by adding additional cabinmates.
Monthly Payment Plan
- $250 per person deposit is due at the time of booking for all Interior, Oceanview and Balcony Staterooms
- $500 per person deposit is due at the time of booking for all Suites
Remaining cabin balance will be split into equal monthly payments beginning on the first of each month following your initial deposit, with the final balance due no later than July 1, 2015
Deposit + 50/50 Plan
Through May 20, 2015
- $250 per person deposit is due at the time of booking for all Interior, Oceanview and Balcony Staterooms
- $500 per person deposit is due at the time of booking for all Suites
May 20, 2015
50% of the remaining cabin balance is due
Beginning May 20th, 50% of the total cabin balance is due for all new reservations
June 24, 2015
Full remaining cabin balance is due from all guests with prior reservations
All new guest reservations made after June 24, 2015
Require a minimum 50% deposit, and must be paid in full within 30 days of the booking date or 30 days from the date of departure (September 28, 2015), whichever comes first.
All cabin reservations made within 30 days from the departure date (September 28, 2015)
Must be paid in full at the time of the reservation.
For all bookings made prior to June 24, 2015, if payment in full has not been received by 11:59p-ET on June 24, 2015, Motörhead’s Motörboat reserves the right to consider that reservation cancelled, and to charge the applicable cancellation penalties.

[spoiler title=”What Is The Cancellation Policy?” open=”0″ style=”2″]
Cancellation
ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Due to the unique nature of our event, Motörhead’s Motörboat is non-refundable. There are NO exceptions to our cancellation policies. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. We must receive written notice of your cancellation either via certified mail, overnight courier, or e-mail sent to motorboat@whettravel.com.
If a flight or other delay for any reason prevents you from joining the cruise by the boarding time on the departure date, you will be considered a no-show, and we cannot provide a full or partial refund or credit toward a future cruise. Please note that your decision not to travel due to State Department advisories or fear of travel will constitute cancellation by you. No refund or credit will be given for any unused features or early departures for any reason.
No-Shows
There will no refunds given for those who do not board the ship on time, unused tickets, or after Motörhead’s Motörboat has occurred
Please note the cancellation provisions of these Terms and Conditions apply to the Cruise, regardless of any representations made by Norwegian Cruise Line, whether in its Ticket Contract terms or elsewhere. All rights granted to passengers in the Norwegian Cruise Line contract relating to the payment or refund of cruise fare and to cancellations by passengers shall not be operative.
[/spoiler] [spoiler title=”Can I Make Changes To My Reservation?” open=”0″ style=”2″]Name Changes, Transfers & Fees
The guest who places a reservation for a cabin onboard Motörhead’s Motörboat will be considered that cabin’s “Lead Guest” and is the “owner” of the reservation. The Lead Guest is therefore solely responsible for initiating or authorizing changes to the reservation, and must agree in writing to any changes made to the reservation, by emailing motorboat@whettravel.com
All guest NAME and CABIN NUMBER changes can be made up until 30 days prior to sailing (if allowed by the cruise line), and will be assessed the following administrative fees per name change:
$50.00 for name and cabin changes through final payment date of June 24, 2015
$100.00 for name and cabin changes June 25, 2015 through August 28, 2015 (30 days before sailing)
$200.00 for name and cabin changes on or after August 29, 2015
No changes of any kind will be accepted within two weeks of sailing
The Lead Passenger is not allowed to change their name within the reservation. At least one original and/or lead guest name must remain on the reservation. If all original guests cancel, this is considered a full cancellation without refund, and name changes will not be allowed.
In all cases of name changes, the NEW guest must make full payment. Once that payment has been made, then the applicable amounts paid by the ORIGINAL guest will be refunded directly to the original guest, less the cost of the name change fee.
All cabin reservation cancellations are non-refundable for any amount or any reason, and forfeits all payments. All cancellation and reservations changes must be submitted in writing via email to motorboat@whettravel.com. The date that such written notice of cancellation is received will determine the applicable cancellation fees per the above schedule. No exceptions will be made.
[/spoiler] [spoiler title=”What If I Am Traveling Alone?” open=”0″ style=”2″]Single Guests
All cabin deposits are based on a minimum of double occupancy. Single guests are responsible for the full double-occupancy rate of their cabin. Single guests will receive a discount of $199 off of the second cruise fare. In all cases, single guests will only be charged one add-on fee of $225 for taxes and fees.

If you want to get Motörhead’s Motörboat with us this November, but are traveling solo and need to find that special someone to fill the void in your single-occupancy stateroom life, but more importantly to help share the costs of the cabin, then our CabinMate Search Facebook Group is just what your looking for. It’s the place to meet up with fellow solo travelers and find a room or roommate for the cruise!

[spoiler title=”Should I Purchase Travel Insurance?” open=”0″ style=”2″]
Travel Guard Travel Insurance
We highly recommend the purchase of Travel Guard Travel Insurance to protect you against financial loss due non-refundable costs and fees due to unexpected cancellations and travel emergencies.
Travel insurance also protects you against emergencies during travel, such as trip interruption, trip delay, missed/canceled flights, lost or stolen baggage/personal items, illness/injury and much more.
We also offer an optional Cancel for Any Reason policy that must be purchased with your initial payment or deposit. If you have to cancel for a non-covered reason, the Cancel for Any Reason option will reimburse you 50% of your non-refundable costs; covered reasons will receive a 100% refund. Travel Guard will determine the amount of your refund based on the documentation you provide to them.
In the event of cancellation, you must first contact Whet Travel in writing by sending an email to motorboat@whettravel.com. Then, you must contact Travel Guard directly to submit a claim and request a refund.

Norwegian Cruise Lines will make every effort to accommodate you, providing you have not entered the 24th week of pregnancy when the cruise ends. Please email reservations@whettravel.com with a medical certificate establishing your due date prior to your cruise.

[spoiler title=”Are There Any Discounts Available?” open=”0″ style=”2″]
Military Discount
Active Duty Military personnel are eligible for a 5% discount off of the full fare of their stateroom. Subsequent to receipt of the following forms of valid ID, discounts will be applied to reservations and credited back if a balance is pending, or refunded if the cabin fare was paid in full at the time of booking.
- Copy of the military LES (Leave and Earning statement) – provided the social security number is blackened out.
- Proof for Cadets: A letter from his/her Commander or a copy of a military pay stub, provided the social security number is blackened out.
Proof of ID may be emailed to motorboat@whettravel.com, or you may call 877-GET-WHET (438-9438) to cordinate an alternate presentation (fax, mail, etc).
Referral Program
- Guests who are booked onboard Motörhead’s Motörboat are eligible for a $25 onboard credit for every new cabin reservation they refer.
- All guests in the referred cabin must be new to Motörhead’s Motörboat, and the referral must be requested at the time of reservation.
- The guest reserving the new cabins must enter your full reservations name and email in the “Referred By” field at the time of reservation.
- Referrals are not retroactive, and cannot be added after the new reservation has been made
